Eligible Refunds
We offer refunds for:

Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges for incorrect sizing. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping
Please note the following regarding shipping costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Sunrise Anchor.
Refund Processing Timeline
Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. You will be notified by email once your refund has been issued.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled within 12–24 hours of purchase before fulfillment begins. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please contact us immediately at supportsunriseanchor@gmail.com if you need to request a cancellation.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Sunrise Anchor is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing after a confirmed delivery, please contact your local carrier or postal service to file a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Sunrise Anchor is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at supportsunriseanchor@gmail.com within 12 hours and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and import taxes associated with their order. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
